Refund and Return Policy for Dr. Gameology Merch

At Dr. Gameology, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you're not happy, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, along with any original packaging. Please note that certain items, such as custom-made products or intimate merchandise, cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Exchanges

No exchanges are offered for sales made at the Dr. Gameology Merch store.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
